This is an intermediate level Spanish course. Not for the beginner.
Cultural Competency: The Building Blocks (3 Contact Hours $10.00)
This is the basic course in our Cultural Competency series. You will learn the standards for cultural competency and introduction to transcultural nursing. There are two exams: one exam is for 2 contact hours, and another exam is for 1 contact hour.
Understanding the new demographics: The Hispanic Population (2 Contact Hours)
We are supporting the initiative of the International Medical Interpreters Association for training and certification of medical interpreters. Please complete the survey and receive a free 2 Contact Hour course to introduce you to the healthcare issues affecting the Hispanic-American population.

Online Instructor Program

Module 1: The Pre-design Process Free (5 to 7 Contact Hours)
There are 4 modules in the program. The first module is FREE to help you get started on your way to becoming a course author. There are two options for contact hours: 7 contact hours requires participation in online discussion AND completion of learning activities. 5 contact hours requires completion of learning activities only.
Module 2: The Design Phase Part 1 $19.00
The Design Phase. You will receive access to the second module after completion of Module 1.
Module 3: The Design Process Part 2 $19.00
The third module is a continuation of the Design Process. You will receive access to the third module upon successful completion of Module 2.
Module 4: Integration Process $19.00
In this module you will integrate the course objectives, with the learning activities, course exam, and course evaluation. You will receive access to the 4th module upon completion of the third module.
